Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Urgent Care for a nursing job in Douglasville, Georgia.

• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Employment Type: Staff

Responsibility 

• Provide safe, individualized patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Support patients and families through clear communication and compassionate service
• Maintain documentation, uphold safety and compliance standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as a mentor or preceptor to fellow nurses and staff

Qualifications

✅ Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or BSN required)

✅ Licenses & Certifications:

• Active RN license in Georgia (or Compact State license)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association required
• ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit

✅ Experience:

• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-centered environment

✅ Skills:

• Excellent communication & critical thinking
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
