Construction Manager (Hybrid – Nassau or Suffolk County, NY)

We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a high-performing team supporting large-scale mechanical and electrical construction projects across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. This hybrid position combines field oversight with collaborative project coordination, working alongside subcontractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely, high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee subcontractors on active job sites, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project scope
• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, and reporting
• Monitor labor, materials, and vendor performance to ensure projects stay on track and under budget
• Act as a key liaison between the project team and clients—managing relationships from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate inspections and compliance with local and state regulatory agencies
• Assist with contractor and vendor selection to meet quality and cost expectations
• Maintain current knowledge of construction technologies and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• AAS or BS Degree in Construction Management or related field
• 3+ years of relevant construction experience
• Experience with HVAC, mechanical, or electrical systems strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage field operations and coordinate with multiple subcontractors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and construction management tools
• Based in Nassau or Suffolk County, NY
