Title: Sponsorship Manager Location: Remote on East Coast or Central Time zone, with some travel Duration: 6+ Month Contract Pay: $42.00-$46.00/hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. The Sponsorship Manager is responsible for expo and sponsorship fulfillment support for WebexOne 2025. This role will support the expo and sponsorship workstreams with the development and execution of event plans and timelines, operational support including the documentation of meeting notes and action items as well as a liaison with vendors and internal team members. This role will also be the main POC for sponsorship fulfillment including communication with sponsors for upcoming deadlines and important facts, submission of needed graphics and various sponsorship benefits. The Exhibition & Sponsorship Manager works closely with internal teams, external vendors, and sponsors to ensure the event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations for all parties involved. Key Responsibilities: Exhibition Coordination: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure the seamless integration of expo activations and sponsors into the event experience (speaking sessions, booth design, signage, etc). Support expo activations including the merch store, social lounge, ask the experts, insiders and brand sponsor experiences. Attend all expo meetings and provide operational support including the documentation of meeting notes and action items. Sponsorship Fulfillment: Maintain ongoing communication with sponsors throughout the planning process, ensuring their needs are met and deadlines/event details are shared. Coordinate sponsor activations, including branding placement, booth design and details, speaking sessions, registration support, and other sponsor-specific activities and benefit fulfillment. Manage the Exhibitor Resource Center for all sponsor fulfillment assets. Maintain the Sponsorship dashboard with all sponsor benefits and checklists for assets that need to be collected. Support with sponsorship sales communications as needed. Attend all sponsorship meetings and provide operational support including the documentation of meeting notes and action items. Onsite Event Support: Oversee the build and placement of the expo hall including the sponsor booths and expo activations. Greet and support sponsors as they access their booths (set-up and tear-down). Support with sponsor lead retrieval scanning, onsite questions and rebook conversations for 2026. Take pictures of all sponsor booths/activities and branding to share in post-event reports. Post-Event Reporting & Follow-Up: Communicate lead retrieval process, virtual booth and social media activity to sponsors. Compile post-event reports detailing the return on investment (ROI) for sponsors, including metrics on exposure, engagement, and overall satisfaction. Gather feedback from sponsors to improve future event partnerships. Send thank-you notes or follow-up emails to sponsors to maintain positive relationships. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, event management, or a related role. Skills: Strong event management and communication skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Proficient in event management software (Cvent & Webex Events is preferred). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Personal Qualities: Strong relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and results-driven.
