The basic objective of a Regional Loss Prevention Manager is to help protect the company's customers, associates, and assets within their assigned area of responsibility.
About the Role
You will be a part of the corporate Loss Prevention team that supports Williams-Sonoma, Inc. across our family of 8 brands. Our stores and corporate locations have a presence both domestically and internationally. The Regional Loss Prevention Manager supports the organization's objective to increase profit by mitigating loss and provide a safe and secure environment for associates, customers, and visitors. You will achieve this by leveraging your expertise in risk assessment, investigations, policy development and personnel training.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
