Job Title : Power Apps Developer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Create automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate and Power Platform connectors.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Power Apps with data sources like SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and external APIs.
• Design responsive and user-friendly UI/UX components within Power Apps.
• Implement role-based security and data governance policies in apps.
• Use Power BI for reporting dashboards and visual data representations, where required.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Platform applications.
• Write technical documentation and user guides for developed solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, accessibility standards, and organizational IT policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and integrating REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform licensing, connectors, data architecture, and environments.
• Experience with formulas and expressions similar to Excel or Power Fx.
• Experience in Office 365 suite and Azure Active Directory.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing Power Apps components.
• Experience with governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) for Power Platform.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
