**Responsibilities** + Assist in the OR, clinic, and during hospital rounds + Manage pre- and post-op care for neurosurgical patients + Perform bedside procedures and support surgical prep + Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams + Maintain accurate, compliant documentation + Collaborate with neurosurgeon and hospital staff + Support quality and safety initiatives + Stay current with neurosurgical best practices **Qualifications** + Valid and unrestricted **California PA or NP license** + **National certification** (NCCPA for PAs or AANP/ANCC for NPs) + Completion of all **state-mandated education/certification requirements** + **Preferred:** **Prior experience in** **neurosurgery** **, including OR assistance and inpatient care** **Overview** **Seeking Experienced Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Provider** Dignity Health Medical Group - North State ( is actively seeking a PA or NP with experience in neurosurgery to join our team in Redding, CA. This position encompasses inpatient, outpatient, and operative responsibilities, including participation in procedures, rounding, and collaboration with other hospital services.
