We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager for our PLC HMI Automation Controls Engineering systems R&D Build and Design Engineering team. As the Manager, you will oversee a talented group of engineers and technical specialists, guiding projects from concept through to execution. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of PLC and HMI automation systems.

Requirements (experience with 'most' of the following is preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in controls engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text) and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation standards and safety protocols.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and lead innovative design solutions.
