Auto Tech Plaza has been proudly serving the Colorado Springs area since 1986. As a locally owned auto repair facility, we prioritize delivering top-notch automotive repair and maintenance services. With an amazing staff and a culture that values excellence, we are excited to welcome a new General Service/Lube Technician to our team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay of $25.00 per hour based on experience and ability.
• $500 Signing Bonus: Receive a $500 signing bonus paid in two installments after 6 months of employment.
• Health insurance is available.

Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license with no restrictions is a must .
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in automotive maintenance.
• Must have basic hand tools for the role.

Responsibilities:
As a General Service/Lube Technician at Auto Tech Plaza, you will contribute to maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of vehicles. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing general lube oil filter changes to ensure smooth engine performance.
• Mounting and balancing tires for optimal traction and performance.
• Conducting full brake changes to enhance braking efficiency.
• Performing fluid changes to maintain vehicle systems.
• Assisting with customer rides, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Participating in general shop cleaning for a safe and organized workspace.

Job Details:

• Full-time.
• Starting from $25.00 per hour after a 14-day trial period at $15.00 per hour.
• Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required.

Experience Level:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in automotive maintenance.
