Position 1: HVAC Installation Technician (“Super Tech”)
Location: Barrie

Are you a driven and skilled HVAC professional looking to take the next step in your career? Advanced Home Comfort Inc. is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Installation Technician, also known as our Super Tech, to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential HVAC solutions, including new construction, retrofit installations, and energy-efficient heat pump systems.
Responsibilities:
• Perform residential HVAC installations, including sheet metal, gas piping , and hydronic systems
• Install ductless heat pump systems and have general heat pump installation experience
• Lead job sites independently or work effectively as part of a team
• Accurately document job progress and customer details using CRM software
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
• Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the job
Qualifications:
• Valid G Driver’s License
• G2 Gas Technician Certification (mandatory)
• Residential sheet metal installation experience (duct work)
• Strong experience with both new construction and retrofit HVAC installations
• Heat pump and ductless system installation experience (required)
• Ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision
• Hydronics experience (asset)
• 313D Residential Refrigeration License (asset)
• Proficient in English – both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to use CRM software
• Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills
