• Provide caring, one-on-one personal care to patients receiving hospice services in the comfort of their homes in the East Brunswick area.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to help patients maintain dignity and comfort.
• Support the healthcare team by ensuring patients receive their prescribed medications as directed.
• Observe and communicate any changes in the patient’s condition to the hospice team to ensure timely care adjustments.
• Offer meaningful emotional support and companionship to patients and their families during this important time.

Qualifications:

• Home Health Aide Experience
• NEW JERSEY Home Health Aide Certification
• US Work Authorization
• Previous experience in hospice care preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CAR INSURANCE/REGISTRATION
