The Oracle Executive Leadership Recruiting (ELR) team is seeking an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ELR team is a highly skilled, global internal recruitment organization that provides comprehensive, high quality, and cost-effective recruiting services to help our Oracle managers hire the right qualified talent for their business.
As a member of the ELR team, the Executive Recruiting Coordinator (ERC) is responsible for ensuring that peer and candidate satisfaction are sustained at the highest standard. The ERC plays a crucial role serving as the central point of contact for direct communication between the candidate, the ELR team members and Oracle executives / executive team members. The ERC is highly skilled at communicating effectively and upholding candidate confidentiality and professionalism, while following the appropriate process / guidelines for each task.
What You'll Bring:
+ Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and their support team.
+ Retained search firm or similar professional firm experience strongly preferred.
+ Demonstrated creativity in problem solving, resourceful, and strong organizational skills.
+ Process-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
+ A high sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and reliable follow-up.
+ Proven ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
+ Excellent written and oral communication.
+ Proficient in applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email messaging tools, etc.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work directly with executive candidates by serving as central point of contact throughout the interview process.
+ Coordinate and schedule all interview logistics to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for executive candidates and interview teams.
+ Efficiently manage a high volume of search assignments with a focus on accuracy and detailed approach, while delivering an exceptional, white-glove service.
+ Ability to be on-site at a local Oracle office as needed by team.
+ Work proactively, anticipating needs to effectively manage time and interview processes.
+ Partner with Executive Assistants and interview teams to deliver a positive and seamless interview experience.
+ Leverage recruiting database to manage candidate records and utilize shared folders for organized collaboration; format profiles, reports, and bench talent lists.
+ Provide project coordination support to the ELR team.
+ Exercise the utmost discretion regarding all executive recruiting matters.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
