We are currently hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Event Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is passionate about live events , brand promotion , and gaining real-world marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will support the coordination and execution of high-energy promotional events. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of live events, trade shows , and promotional campaigns
• Supporting event setup, breakdown , and vendor coordination
• Engaging with event attendees to create memorable brand interactions
• Distributing promotional materials such as flyers, giveaways, and branded signage
• Managing pre- and post-event logistics , including email outreach and collecting attendee feedback
• Conducting basic market research to identify new event opportunities
• Tracking key event metrics and providing performance reports
• Providing on-site support to ensure events run efficiently and professionally

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn
• Interest in event planning, marketing strategy , or brand representation
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
• Willingness to travel for events (all expenses covered)
• No prior experience necessary – full training is provided
