Position Overview Key Responsibilities Develop PowerApps Canvas Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI solutions to align with business processes. Write and maintain plugins and custom workflow activities in C#, adhering to best practices with a late-bound coding style. Lead integration efforts, connecting Dynamics CRM with other systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and SSIS for data migration, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Execute full lifecycle software development for Dynamics CRM, covering requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Manage data migration tasks using tools like Scribe or SSIS, ensuring data integrity and system accuracy. Maintain and upgrade CRM systems to meet evolving client requirements and introduce new features. Specialize in the Customer Service module in Dynamics CRM, particularly Unified Routing for call center enhancement, and provide expertise to optimize contact center operations. Advocate for solutions reducing the need for custom code, in alignment with sustainable CRM development strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Analysts, QA teams, Developers, and Project Managers to deliver client-centered solutions and provide technical expertise and guidance. Engage with business analysts, QA specialists, and project managers to gather detailed requirements and translate them into robust CRM solutions addressing complex business needs. Stay updated with various Dynamics/CRM versions and proficiently use Power Platform tools, including PowerApps Portals, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Advocate for agile methodologies, contributing to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency within the team. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant technical field. 3+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, with a focus on Customer Service and PowerApps Portals. Strong expertise with the Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Experience with XRM Toolbox, RWB, or RestBuilder for development tasks. Knowledge of various data migration tools and different Dynamics/CRM versions. Familiarity with SOAP and REST endpoints for CRM integration. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in the healthcare insurance domain, especially with government sectors, is highly advantageous. Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM strongly preferred. Experience using source control tools such as Git, TFS, or SVN. Familiarity with agile/scrum development methodologies.
