Digital Prepress/CTP Digital Print Operator
Location Carrollton, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $23–$25/hr
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (flexible to 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
ROLE IMPACT
The Digital Prepress Operator plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality print output by preparing, troubleshooting, and optimizing digital files across production workflows. This role supports brand integrity and operational efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and high production standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pre-flight and adjust digital artwork for optimal print results
• Generate and send print-ready files to digital and wide-format print devices
• Monitor and manage color quality, applying ICC color profiles
• Maintain software, hardware, and prepress inventory to ensure operational readiness
• Track, file, and archive job data for easy access and reuse
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate print production
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years in digital or commercial print prepress operations
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Acrobat, and Pitstop
• Hands-on experience with RIP Software, Equios, and Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to troubleshoot print files, software systems, and hardware issues
