Job Description

We are seeking candidates to join a 100% Work-from-Home, Full-Time (40h/week) customer service campaign.

Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection. 
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a Call Center or BPO environment.
• At least 2 years of total work experience , including time working with a BPO.
• Must be computer literate and have experience using MS Teams and Zoom. 
• Agents must be available to work on weekends.

There will be a training period of about 2 weeks, thereafter performance will be reviewed for a fixed term contract

• Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
• Schedule: hours to align with USA time zone (estimated 3pm to midnight SA time - subject to daylight saving time changes).
• Compensation: Training is paid
