Mercy Hospital St. Louis and Mercy Hospital Washington seek a board-certified Critical Care Physician with fellowship training to provide care for ICU patients, including neurocritical cases. Position will be split between Mercy Hospital St. Louis is a 979-bed fully accredited teaching hospital and Mercy Hospital Washington , a 187 bed acute care hospital in Washington, MO.
Preferred candidates will have completed a Critical Care Medicine fellowship and be board-certified in Critical Care Medicine. Neurocritical Care fellowship is not required; however, the ideal candidate will have dedicated Neuro ICU experience and be board-certified in Neurocritical Care. ECMO experience is desirable.
Mercy Critical Care offers:
100 ICU and intermediate beds including traditional coronary, medical surgical, trauma and neurosurgical patients.
Critical Care and Neurocritical Care Fellowship training program supported by the Critical Care Department.
Long-term acute care beds to provide care to medically complex patients.
Bedside care and telemedicine vICU care across several states to include Mercy Hospitals and external hospitals
System Wide EPIC EHR
A large, established multi-specialty referral network
