Job Description

LHH Recruitment in partnership with a prominent firm in Fairfield County, CT is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal. This role is fully on-site and it is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of entity formation documents, various corporate organizational documents, SEC filings and blue-sky filings

• Assist with transaction closings including reviewing and preparing closing documents and closing binders

• Assist with reviewing and preparing UCC filings

• Assist with conducting trademark searches

• Any other duties required of the role

Requirements

• 2+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience within a law firm

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Must have strong client facing skills

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be a Connecticut Notary or be able to obtain a Connecticut Notary upon hire

• Must be a team player

• Must be tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 90k-110k
