A prestigious business law firm with offices across the eastern and central U.S. is seeking a business litigation attorney for its Fort Myers office. The ideal candidate will have 1-8 years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience, including real estate, construction, and general business disputes. Candidates with a strong insurance defense background will also be considered. Strong research and writing skills are a must. This is a hybrid position, with three days a week in the office required, and it offers a collegial work environment with partnership potential. Compensation is at the top of the Fort Myers market.
