RSU 63 (Clifton, Eddington, and Holden) is currently seeking applications for a Bookkeeper to join our dedicated Central Office Team.  

Salary:  Competitive salary and benefits, based on experience and Support Staff Handbook

This position is a full-time, year-round position (4-5 days per week) anticipated to begin on July 1, 2025.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be knowledgeable in bookkeeping practices and accounting principals
• Knowledge and experience with accounts payable, payroll, human resources, accounts receivable, etc.
• Have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and complete various tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Have experience with accounting software, preferably ProFund

Qualifications:

• Experience in Fund Accounting or Non-Profit Accounting preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• A Maine Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) is required
