Associate degree or Certificate in Turfgrass Management or similar field.
The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for helping produce the agronomics and playing conditions outlined in the courses business plan. The assistant superintendent will attract and develop talent at all levels of golf course maintenance to create a highly functional team. This individual will also focus on the business of agronomy, technology, continuing education and long term strategic planning.
